Order processing

Orders placed on maccro.co.uk are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations, address updates, and order changes are not guaranteed. During busy periods or for orders placed on weekends, these requests may not be possible.

UK Shipping

We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the UK:

    • Standard (2-3 business days) – £5

    • Free shipping for all orders over £30

    • Stated fees at checkout include any applicable customs duties and taxes.

Your order will be shipped once processing is complete. 

 

RETURN GUIDELINES

Return policy

    • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on macro.co.uk.

    • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

    • Shipping charges, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for MACCRO products not purchased from maccro.co.uk

Disclaimer

Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests.
